No Safe Haven law in the UK —
so we built a safe way forward.
The UK has no Safe Haven law. Unlike many countries, UK law gives no legal protection to a parent who — abandoning a baby and is a criminal offence. Until the law changes, if a parent feels they cannot keep their baby safe, a baby must never be left alone. Our protocol protects both the baby and the parent.
