BABY-I is led by a volunteer management committee operating under a written constitution, which serves as our governing document. These individuals will transition into our trustee body upon registration with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The management committee is responsible for BABY-I's governance, strategic direction, and adherence to charitable purposes. They ensure we provide public benefit and remain accountable to our beneficiaries, funders, and regulators. The committee sets policy, maintains oversight, and makes decisions, while the service delivery teams implement that strategy. All volunteers must complete safeguarding induction before taking on any beneficiary-facing role.

Ive witnessed the birth of BABY-I, back in 2011, I've supported the founder’s mission from the very beginning, taking on various roles. Reflecting on the founder's journey since we first met, and by the grace of God, I will continue to contribute and make a positive impact on the lives of babies and mothers through this incredible platform.
