BABY-I is led by a volunteer Management Committee under a written constitution.
On charity registration, these members will transition into our trustee body.

What the Committee does: sets direction, agrees policy, and ensures we operate safely, lawfully, and for public benefit.
How delivery happens: service teams deliver day-to-day work in line with that direction.
Safeguarding: all volunteers complete induction before any beneficiary-facing role.
